Community Associate- Riverwalk Innovation District
Lupoli Companies, Lawrence, MA
Summary: Community Associate professionals are the face of Riverwalk Innovation District and play a vital role in helping Lupoli Companies establish resident and commercial tenant loyalty, safety, satisfaction, and retention. As Community Associates, responsibilities include superior customer service to our residents and commercial tenants, exceptional safety and security support, and personal attention. The Community Associate will have the ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, take initiative, and employ a diverse set of skills. The ideal candidate will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolves issues quickly and effectively, and makes everyone feel welcome, appreciated, and safe throughout the Riverwalk Innovation District.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet and acknowledge all residents and commercial tenants throughout the Riverwalk Innovation District. Monitor and announce visitors and control access to the properties.
  • Review access control cameras frequently and reports any suspicious activity according to Lupoli Companies procedures and the direction of leadership.
  • Through appearance, performance, and service orientation, project a consistent image that complements the Riverwalk Innovation District.
  • Participate in fire protection and safety programs, including inspections and evacuations.
  • Prepare and submit written reports in a complete and accurate manner and logs all incidents.
  • Liaison between residents and service team regarding both routine and emergency maintenance requests and aid in the follow-up process after work is completed on routine requests. Immediately contact emergency maintenance personnel if an emergency maintenance situation develops.
  • Patrol assigned areas, giving particular attention to areas where security problems have occurred. Identify unsafe conditions and improperly secured areas/property to help prevent theft, injuries or damages to the Riverwalk Innovation District property, visitors, and employees.
  • Handle transactions such as managing vendors and deliveries, accepting, and handling/logging packages, as needed.

Requirements:
  • Must have the ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Bi-lingual fluency (Spanish) is a plus but not a requirement.
  • High level of professionalism and personal standard of a positive attitude, behavior, and appearance.
  • Must have sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Able to deal with emergencies calmly and effectively.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and use smartphone device functions.
  • Strong follow through skills and the ability to drive an automobile.
