Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a critical role in our clinical team. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, including both joint and individual sessions to address various interpersonal and relational challenges.
  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address complex issues, including but not limited to:
    • Alcohol and substance abuse
    • Physical and psychological abuse
    • Grief and loss coping strategies
    • Family conflicts and communication difficulties
    • Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce
    • Support for blended families
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless patient care and optimal therapeutic outcomes.
  • Participating in case reviews and team meetings to share insights and enhance clinical skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on supporting couples and families who face a range of challenges. This includes clients struggling with issues such as job stress, medical concerns, interpersonal conflicts, and the complexities of blended family dynamics. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
