We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. In this hands-on clinical role, you will perform dental cleanings, assist with treatment planning, educate patients on oral health, and collaborate closely with dentists and the care team to ensure exceptional, seamless care. This role offers opportunities to work with advanced technology and provide pediatric dentistry services in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment.

Job Description

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, assessments, and fluoride treatments to support patients’ long-term oral health.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and pediatric dental health.
Accurately document patient information, dental history, and treatment notes, maintaining strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist dentists chairside during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques and maintain a sterile, compliant operatory through aseptic practices.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to enhance patient experience and coordinate care plans.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices, terminology, and technology, including pediatric dentistry.
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities as provided.

Salary Range

Full-time $45 - $50 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements

  • Eaglesoft
  • Licensed dental hygienist
  • Open Dental

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required.
Proven clinical experience in dental hygiene, preferably including pediatric dentistry.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Proficiency in dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix.
Skilled in chairside assisting, patient care, and four-handed dentistry techniques.
Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic technique standards.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Preferences

Previous experience in a similar dental practice setting.
Experience using Eaglesoft and Dentrix software.
Interest in pediatric dentistry and continuing education.
Ability to contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
