Job description

RiverTech is looking for a Laborer to work in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! Responsibilities * Provides exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.
* Moves and arranges heavy pieces of office and household furniture, equipment, and appliances.
* Carefully and efficiently packs items to prevent damage while moving.
* Breaks down and sets up furniture items based on customer needs.
* Organizes items being moved to efficiently utilize available space while loading and unloading vehicles.
* Individual(s) will be responsible for loading, unloading & transporting office equipment/furniture & dispositioning items to locations in the National Capital region. Qualifications * Must be a US Citizen with ability to pass a thorough background and credit check to be able to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Public Trust security clearance.
* Must be 18 years or older.
* Must have no criminal history.
* Must have access to reliable transportation.
* Must be able to lift and carry 80 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day.
* Must have a minimum of a HS or GED.
* Must be able to stand, sit, reach, bend and walk for long periods of time.
* Must be willing to work in all types of weather.
* Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
