Location:  Lewiston, MN, Remote 1 day/week after 90 days

Shift/Hours: Day Hours

Position Status: Full-Time

The Team:
This role is a part of the Human Resource team. The team works with and supports all other departments in the organization including the full network of companies: RiverSide Integrated Solutions (RIS), JMW Enterprises, and CCSI.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration

  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Review employee timecards for accuracy and follow up on missed punches or discrepancies
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Process payroll changes including new hires, terminations, wage changes, deductions, and benefit adjustments
  • Generate payroll reports as requested by management
  • Support year-end payroll activities including W-2 preparation and audits

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Maintain employee files and HRIS records
  • Support benefits administration including enrollments and changes
  • Assist with leave administration and tracking
  • Coordinate employee communications and HR documentation
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Support recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates

Preferred Experience

  • Manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment experience
  • Experience with attendance tracking systems
  • Familiarity with leave administration and benefits coordination

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
