The Team:
This role is a part of the Human Resource team. The team works with and supports all other departments in the organization including the full network of companies: RiverSide Integrated Solutions (RIS), JMW Enterprises, and CCSI.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
- Review employee timecards for accuracy and follow up on missed punches or discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records
- Process payroll changes including new hires, terminations, wage changes, deductions, and benefit adjustments
- Generate payroll reports as requested by management
- Support year-end payroll activities including W-2 preparation and audits
Human Resources Support
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain employee files and HRIS records
- Support benefits administration including enrollments and changes
- Assist with leave administration and tracking
- Coordinate employee communications and HR documentation
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Support recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment experience
Experience with attendance tracking systems
Familiarity with leave administration and benefits coordination
