At River Valley Power & Sport, we're looking for a Powersports Product Specialist who understands the sales process and enjoys working with people. You don't need previous powersports sales experience-you need the ability to connect with customers, follow up, and create an experience that brings people back.

Maybe you've sold cars, RVs, equipment, technology, furniture, home improvement products, or another high-value product. If you've built relationships and know how to close a deal, this could be the opportunity to turn those skills into a career selling products people are excited to own.

What We Offer

• $5,000/month guaranteed during your first 3 months while you learn the business
• $3,000 monthly base plus performance incentives after training
• Typical annual earnings of $75,000-$150,000+

What You'll Sell

Help customers find the machine that fits their lifestyle:

• ATVs
• Side-by-Sides (UTVs)
• Personal Watercraft
• Snowmobiles
• Powersports vehicles and accessories

Represent industry-leading brands including:

Can-Am Polaris Honda Yamaha Suzuki Sea-Doo Ski-Doo Slingshot Spyder

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers in-store, online, and through referrals
• Help customers select the right product for their needs and budget
• Guide buyers through the purchasing process from first conversation to delivery
• Follow up consistently to create repeat and referral business
• Generate opportunities through networking, community involvement, and customer relationships
• Use social media platforms to showcase inventory, connect with customers, and build your personal brand
• Learn products, technology, and accessories so you can become a trusted resource for customers

What We're Looking For

• Previous success in a customer-facing sales role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, competitive, and driven to improve
• Comfortable building relationships and asking for the sale
• Willingness to learn new products and processes
• Comfortable using-or willing to learn-social media as a sales and customer connection tool
• Passion for powersports, motorsports, boating, or the outdoor lifestyle
• Valid driver's license

Sales experience in automotive, RV, marine, equipment, retail, technology, furniture, home improvement, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries is highly valued.

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round
• Monday-Friday
• Saturdays with a weekday off
