Job Description

Location: Jersey City (Hybrid โ€“ at least 3 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a talented Cyber Risk Reporting Analyst to join our team and support Cyber / IT Risk Management BAU activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, Excel, and Power BI, and be passionate about building automated dashboards and delivering clear risk reporting to management.

Role and responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day Cyber / IT Risk BAU activities, including risk tracking, updates, and follow-ups with stakeholders
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate risk and control data from multiple systems and teams
  • Define, maintain, and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk metrics
  • Build and enhance automated dashboards and reports (Power BI / Excel) for senior management
  • Produce clear and structured risk reporting (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) for leadership and governance forums
  • Partner with Cyber, IT, and Business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate workflows
  • Support audits, regulatory requests, and internal reviews related to cyber risk reporting
Qualifications
  • +5 years of experience in IT Risk, Cyber Risk, or Technology Risk
  • Strong experience with risk reporting, KRIs, and data analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros/VBA is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling)
  • Solid understanding of cyber / IT risk frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a BAU, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present to management-level stakeholders
