Job description

Sungage Financial is revolutionizing the home sustainability & efficiency industry by offering the most consumer-friendly approach to making solar, storage and sustainable home improvement projects affordable. Our team of professionals quickly adapts to the ever-changing demands of our exciting, dynamic industry but always with a customer-centric approach. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Risk Operations Team!
This role follows a hybrid work schedule working two days per week from our Boston office and will report to the Manager of Risk Operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and manage logistics with colleagues and Sungage's financing partners to resolve project-level issues
  • Conduct installer-level quality assurance by executing Sungage's initial vetting and ongoing monitoring processes
  • Triaging internal fraud notifications and tracking to aid in resolution or escalating where necessary
  • Execute methods to flag installer risk metrics, including tracking customer complaints and shepherding installers through review process to resolution
  • Assist in developing and implementing new operational processes and in driving efficiency through improvements
  • Ensure that Sungage's risk and operational processes are accessible to all stakeholders by maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation and by cross-training internal staff
  • Execute and deliver ad-hoc and recurring reporting assignments to internal and external audiences
  • Support the Operations team by completing assigned project work ranging from individual deliverables to entire projects

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience working with cross functional teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a dedication to always getting it right
  • Ability to establish priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including tact, confidence and diplomacy when discussing challenging topics
  • A process-oriented mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing processes
  • Positive "can-do" attitude
  • Experience with cloud-based software (Salesforce, Google Docs) a plus
  • Interest in solar/sustainability a plus
