About USVC
We're on a mission to allow everyone to own a stake in the future being built by private technology companies.

That changes with USVC: a new SEC-registered fund by AngelList Asset Management that broadens access to venture capital, allowing retail investors to gain exposure to promising companies before they become well-known. USVC leverages AngelList's network of 4,500+ active managers running 25,000+ funds and backing 13,000+ active startups to access exposure to tomorrow's defining companies

This is a rare opportunity to reshape how the public invests in innovation. You'll come in at the ground level to help build a world-class operations function at the forefront of venture and fintech, backed by AngelList's platform and reputation. You will own transforming investment decisions into closed positions. You will support USVC and a growing range of co-invest vehicles, accounts, and funds as our asset management business scales. This role owns the process that scales expanding private market access.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform investment diligence
  • Own end-to-end investment controls
  • Complete investment documentation and coordinate execution
  • Orchestrate wire approvals
  • Build and maintain audit file for every investment
  • Manage exit operations
  • Support valuation and reporting cycles
  • Settle transactions with custodians

What we're looking for:
  • 4-6 years running transaction-level operations for private funds, RIAs, fund administrators, or custodians
  • Track record owning fund operations
  • Actively applying AI to build systems and gain leverage
  • Systems mindset, someone who looks for root causes and address patterns
  • Comfortable building new controls and adopting to new transaction structures
  • High attention to detail and low tolerance for unintentional risk
