Overview

Are you ready to shape the future of commercial auto risk management? At Gallagher Bassett, we’re looking for a driven individual to lead the way in developing innovative solutions that make a real difference for our clients and the industry. This is your chance to work with market leaders, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and be at the center of expanding on the success of our auto business.


How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll be shaping our auto business and be at the forefront of creating and implementing cutting-edge risk management solutions in the commercial auto space. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, including our global and regional CEOs, to shape strategies and identify market opportunities and cross functional teams, internal and external, to realize these opportunities to help us stay ahead in a competitive market.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Developing, refining our global auto risk management strategy including direction of solution offerings, pricing strategy, and market positioning.
  • Keeping up with commercial auto risk management markets and technologies, insuring we continue to provide industry leading value.
  • Idealizing, designing and refining solutions that address current and anticipated client challenges.
  • Collaborating with teams to bring these solutions to life and ensure they deliver market leading value.
  • Supporting sales and marketing efforts to grow our client base and expand our market share.

About You

Required:

  • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience.

Preferred:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Analytical capabilities to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage large, complex programs from concept to execution.
  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written) to inspire and gain strategic alignment across a broad range of internal and external constituents.
  • A deep understanding of markets and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Auto Insurance claims knowledge.
