The Senior Project Manager serves as the executive leader responsible for the successful delivery of large, complex projects while driving client satisfaction, business growth, and team performance.   • 8+ years of progressive experience in EPC projects, including leading large, complex, or multidisciplinary projects.
  • Proven experience managing all EPC phases—engineering, procurement, and construction—with strong financial, schedule, and quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, lead crossfunctional teams, and manage contractual and commercial responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management tools and familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., OSHA 30hour).
  • Travel 30% or as needed, by air and ground.
