Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $75.00hr - $80.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • 3-6 years in project coordination, PMO, or project management.
  • Healthcare domain experience is required.
  • Experience with healthcare payer, claims, member experience, G&A, audit, or regulatory workflow exposure preferred.
  • Strong experience with schedules, RAID logs, action tracking, meeting governance, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methods.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams/SharePoint, and documentation management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Client activities across tracks, ensuring workshop readiness and schedule discipline.
  • Build and maintain the integrated Client plan, milestones, workshop calendar, and deliverable tracker.
  • Coordinate stakeholder sessions, agendas, meeting notes, decisions, and action items across Client tracks.
  • Maintain the RAID log, dependency register, and escalation paths for timely risk and issue resolution.
  • Support governance reviews, status reporting, resource coordination, and quality checks for Client outputs.
  • Ensure follow-through on workshop outcomes, open questions, and track-level documentation completion.
  • Manage workshop planning, RAID logs, and action-item tracking.
  • Oversee documentation governance and cross-track coordination.
