Job description

Client Services Representative

Ridgeview, a not-for-profit community mental health center based in Oak Ridge, TN, has an opening for a full-time Client Services Representative. This position will be scheduled Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with one Wednesday every three weeks running later.

HOPE | HEALING | RECOVERY "Where life's complexities are met with hope"

Minimum high school graduate or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service, with experience in mental health or medical/dental environment preferred. Position requires excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, computer literacy and problem solving abilities. Must exercise discretion, good judgment, empathy, and compassion in communicating with clients. Must be available to work regularly scheduled hours, including some evenings or weekends as business needs require.

Primary responsibility is processing calls for clients seeking services. Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with clients. This position acts as service expert and liaison for clients to obtain services at Ridgeview and/or other agencies.
