Job description

Description:

The best trips are almost never remembered for the destination. They're remembered for the

driver who got everyone there — safe, on time, and glad they came along for the ride.

Adventure Tours is a rapidly expanding charter bus company, and we're looking for a Motor Coach

Operator to join our Long Island, NY team based in Ronkonkoma — someone who takes real ownership

of every mile and treats every passenger like they're the reason the trip matters, because they are. As a

premier luxury motor coach transportation company, we've built our reputation on a family-oriented

culture where drivers aren't just staff on a roster — they're the people our passengers trust their journey

to. We're committed to continued growth, and we're building our team the same way we build our routes:

with care, and for the long haul.

We're seeking experienced, professional CDL Class A or B Bus Operators with Passenger Endorsement,

Air Brakes, and a 19-A Certification, ready to bring precision and pride to every route. As a Bus Operator

here, you won't just be driving a bus — you'll be delivering the safe, polished, first-class experience that's

become our signature.

About Us

Anyone can put a bus on the road. Adventure Tours puts a promise on it. As a leading provider of luxury

motor coach transportation, headquartered in Accokeek, MD, we've carried that promise from Charlotte,

NC, to Philadelphia, PA, to Long Island, NY — and now into our newest location in Richmond, VA.

Our fleet is state-of-the-art by design, not by accident — built to turn an ordinary ride into the kind of

first-class experience our discerning clients remember long after they've stepped off. A fleet like that

deserves drivers to match, which is exactly who we're looking for: passionate, skilled Motorcoach

Operators ready to join an elite team where excellence is earned, not assumed. Come aboard, and you'll

also have the potential to earn gratuities, adding even more to your overall compensation.?
