Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Looking for steady, meaningful work with a team that values you? Ricky Maique State Farm is hiring a Customer Relations Representative in Katy, Texas offering dependable weekday hours, a supportive office environment, and benefits you can build on.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional service on inbound calls and walk-in customer visits
  • Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
  • Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
  • Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
  • Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately

Qualifications

  • No prior insurance experience required
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
  • Positive, professional, customer-first attitude

Pay range: $50,000-$70,000 per year
