Our team members bring the energy that makes each visit memorable. If you enjoy working with people, like to stay busy, and want a job where you can be yourself, you'll feel at home here.

The Opportunity

As a Team Member (Scooper), you'll be the smiling face behind the counter, making someone's day a little sweeter with every scoop. You'll learn how a busy shop runs, from guest service and cash handling to food safety and shop upkeep.

This is a great opportunity if you're looking for flexible work, a supportive team, and a place to grow into shift lead or supervisor roles over time. We promote from within and value people who bring consistent effort and a positive attitude.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and help them choose ice cream, shakes, and other treats.
  • Prepare and serve menu items accurately, quickly, and with attention to presentation.
  • Run the register, handle cash and card payments carefully, and follow shop procedures.
  • Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized, including counters, lobby, and back-of-house areas.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and coworkers.
What Success Looks Like
  • Guests leave happy, feel well taken care of, and are excited to come back and see you again.
  • You consistently arrive on time, ready for your shift, and can be counted on during busy rushes.
  • You learn shop procedures quickly and can confidently handle the register, scooping line, and cleaning tasks.
  • You contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating well, helping others, and staying calm under pressure.
What We're Looking For
  • A positive, people-first attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with customers.
  • Dependability: you show up on time, ready to work, and follow through on responsibilities.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak times, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 30 lbs as part of stocking and cleaning.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $19–$24 per hour (minimum wage plus tips)
  • Fun, laid-back team environment with room to grow
  • Flexible scheduling that works with your life
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
