Job description

Position: Recruiter

Reports to: Account Executive/Sales Manager


Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of contract employees including sourcing, identifying, screening, interviewing, and presenting, and hiring for local clients in, but not limited to, light industrial manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, architecture, environmental, and/or scientific industries.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruiting plans created to identify qualified candidates through a variety of strategies.
  • Screen candidates based on their experience and match with the client’s needs including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
  • Negotiate salaries and other employment details with potential candidates and help the candidate gain an understanding of potential job openings and what they might be qualified for now and in the future.
  • Learn to identify targets, focused skill sets, and how to manage a territory.
  • Share and develop best practices and documenting in CRM and ATS systems.
  • Ensure pre-employment processes are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, at minimum must have completed associate's degree.
  • 1 – 3 years of work experience.
  • Background in retail, customer service, restaurant/hospitality, or manual labor preferred.


Physical Requirement:

  • Must be able to work in office Monday through Friday.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
