About the Position

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Drivers with heavy haul/RGN experience. This role involves transporting heavy and oversized equipment across regional routes while ensuring safe, efficient, and professional delivery.

Pay & Schedule Details
  • Routes Covered: Missouri (AR, IA, IL, KS & WI as needed)
  • Work Days: Monday–Friday (occasional variation based on workload)
  • Shift Start: 7:00 AM
  • Hours: 10–12 hours per day
  • Busy Season: March – October
Job Details
  • Route Type: Local
  • Freight: Heavy and oversized equipment
  • Equipment: Peterbilt, Western Star, Freightliner (manual transmissions)
  • Handling: No Touch
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a mix of newer Peterbilt, Western Star, and Freightliner trucks (day cabs & sleepers)
  • Transport OSOW Equipment, Construction/Quarry
  • Load, secure, and unload equipment as required
  • Ensure all loads are properly secured and compliant with regulations
  • Maintain accurate paper logs when required
  • Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Driver Supervisor
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Required Endorsements: T Endorsement (Doubles/Triples)
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience
  • At least 1 year of heavy haul experience required
  • Ability to safely load, secure, and transport heavy equipment
  • No Automatic restrictions
