We are seeking an experienced procurement and sourcing leader to oversee vendor management, supplier partnerships, and sourcing initiatives for our fast-paced, multi-location service organization.

Position Summary:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, evaluating supplier performance, managing contract negotiations, overseeing vendor transitions and product implementations, and partnering with cross-functional leadership across multiple operating locations.

Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance programs.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Experience developing and executing Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) processes.
  • Proven ability to negotiate favorable pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Understanding of contract management, legal terms, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing procurement budgets while delivering measurable cost savings without sacrificing quality or service.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including spend analysis, market research, and supplier evaluations.
  • Knowledge of supplier risk management, business continuity planning, and vendor due diligence.
  • Experience developing vendor performance metrics, KPIs, and supplier scorecards.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Leadership experience managing procurement teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment while balancing competing priorities.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical procurement practices.
