At Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC, we are proactively seeking talented professionals to join our growing team. We are currently looking for a Training Systems Logistics Support Specialist to support U.S. Marine Corps training operations. In this full-time, on-site role you will work closely with System Support Officers (SSO) and Responsible Individuals (RI) to provide logistical coordination, scheduling, and inventory management for Ground Training Systems (GTS) and Virtual Training Systems (VTS). If you are passionate about supporting military readiness and training accountability, we want to hear from you. Job Responsibilities: * Assist RTAM and the local SSO/RI in the life-cycle management and property accountability of GTS and VTS assets. * Ensure accurate inventory records for all GTS/VTS assets as directed by the SSO/RI. * Prepare documentation for new equipment, disposal/DRMO, and Government Acceptance Tests. * Conduct quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inventories as outlined in MCO 4400.201-V1, Chapter 2. * Develop and maintain local SOPs aligned with USMC supply policy for asset accountability, warehouse management, and maintenance scheduling. * Prepare and present briefings and decision support documents related to the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and USMC supply policies. * Support property accountability through an understanding of the Capital Asset Report (CAR) and Consolidated Memorandum Receipt (CMR). * Perform semi-annual inspections of live and virtual training systems located off supported installations. * Schedule GTS equipment in RFMSS, validate and approve equipment requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts in accordance with local TSSD SOPs. * Coordinate with GTS support contractors to confirm equipment and contractor availability. Required Qualifications * Drivers License * U.S. Citizenship required. * Active or Interim Secret Clearance (must be maintained). * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of 2 years of experience in property accountability, supply chain, or logistics operations. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). * Familiarity with DoD/USMC supply accountability systems (DPAS, CAR, CMR). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to brief leadership and prepare reports. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience with Marine Corps RTAM, TECOM, or training support operations. * Knowledge of warehouse management practices and lifecycle sustainment processes. * Experience developing and maintaining SOPs for accountability and property management. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
