Ruder Finn is looking for a dynamic Account Executive who loves across a range of industries and account types, from big multinationals to powerful start-ups, with the flexibility to support digital, studio, and integrated communications projects. Responsibilities
  • Support account leads by managing day-to-day client requests, partnering with client teams to manage requests and maintain project momentum across multiple accounts
  • Support the day-to-day client relationship on assigned accounts, participating in all client-facing meetings and/or calls
  • Support client teams by applying a strong understanding of the client's business, industry, competitive landscape, and products and services to day-to-day account activities. Ability to work with limited supervision to manage client initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Exhibit effective project management while working closely with senior leadership within the agency
  • Prepare and review activity reports and status reports for clients
  • Support account leads in advancing clients' communications goals through thoughtful execution and day-to-day account management. Develop recommendations and programs that reflect knowledge of digital, editorial, and regulated-content workflows, intranet/website management, patient advocacy program coordination, and analytics reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio)

Qualifications
  • 1+ years' experience in public relations, communications or related field required; project management and client account experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills with the ability to speak knowledgeable with high level executives internally and externally
  • Excellent writing skills, strong presentation capabilities, and proven client relations skills
  • Strong attention to details and ability to proactively and effectively provide client counsel
  • A motivated, independent self-starter with willingness/ability to work in a client-focused, team-oriented environment

The anticipated salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $55,000 - $68,000. The salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, internal equity, geography, relevant years of experience, certifications, skills, abilities of the selected applicant, and other job-related qualifications.
