The Level 3 Antenna Test Engineer leads advanced RF measurement, analysis, and testing initiatives to ensure antennas meet strict technical and operational requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex RF testing and chamber system troubleshooting
Analyze performance data including gain, bandwidth, and polarization results
Develop detailed technical reports highlighting compliance with requirements
Train personnel and maintain testing documentation and system procedures


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
10+ years of experience in antenna testing and electromagnetics
Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
