Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated RF Electronic Technician to join our high-mix manufacturing environment in Santa Rosa. In this role, you will perform both DC and RF testing using advanced automated systems, supporting a wide variety of RF circuits and components. This position offers strong support, structured guidance, and opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform DC and RF testing on a variety of electronic components, circuits, and systems
- Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing and test equipment
- Execute tests, experiments, and data collection for product validation and process improvement
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to components, assemblies, and systems
- Analyze test results and apply sound judgment to resolve manufacturing challenges
- Provide technical support for both electronic and mechanical operations
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to address product and process issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures and results
- Follow cleanroom protocols and manufacturing standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with electronic test equipment preferred, including:
- Network Analyzers
- Signal Generators
- Oscilloscopes
- Spectrum Analyzers
- Power Supplies & Power Meters
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (gown and hood required)
- Experience using a microscope
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Technical experience in electronics testing and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
