In-Building/Venue Project Manager
Job Summary
Experienced telecommunications professional with expertise in managing In-Building Wireless (IBW) and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) projects from site acquisition through project handoff. Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of leasing, permitting, and regulatory requirements to support wireless network expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managed end-to-end In-Building and Venue projects, overseeing site acquisition, leasing, permitting, zoning, and regulatory milestones through successful handoff to construction teams.
  • Coordinated internal stakeholders including RF Engineering, Construction, Network Operations, Transport, Legal and external vendors to ensure project timelines and objectives were met.
  • Conducted lease due diligence and represented the organization in communications and negotiations with landlords, property owners, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Tracked project milestones, maintained data integrity, and managed project databases using FUZE, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
