  • Use iBwave to create and maintain detailed 3D venue models, including product placement, cable routing, labeling, and baseband dimensioning
  • Lead LTE and 5G NR RF design activities to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and performance
  • Design Ericsson Radio Dot System (RDS), Passive DAS, and other in-building wireless solutions using Ericsson RAN products
  • Conduct site surveys and assess construction requirements to support design development and deployment planning
  • Perform RF analysis to address sectorization, interference mitigation, SINR optimization, and macro-to-indoor interaction challenges
  • Generate, validate, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for Ericsson and third-party equipment
  • Lead real-time optimization activities for indoor venues, stadiums, special events, temporary deployments, small cells, and Cell-on-Wheels (COW) solutions
  • Analyze walk test data, network KPIs, and performance metrics to identify coverage, capacity, throughput, mobility, and quality issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex RF performance issues through root cause analysis and corrective action plans
  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact for assigned markets, regions, or projects
  • Deliver post-optimization reports, performance assessments, and actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate and guide remote engineering teams to support successful project execution

The skills you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field; Master's degree is a plus
