We are currently seeking a Marketing Communication Coordinator (MCC) to be responsible for working cross-functionally with various Amphenol RF departments and assisting with the coordination of internal and external marketing communications. The MCC will assist with distribution marketing activities, content development, internal communication efforts and executing external marketing campaigns. They will ensure brand consistency across multiple channels and media, including print and digital collateral.
The MCC will report to the Manager of Marketing Communications. This position requires four (4) in-person office days and one (1) assigned work from home day after the initial 90 days.
Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing Collateral Development - Print and Digital

  • Coordinate updates to existing collateral and the development of new sales tools including catalogs, product brochures, cut sheets, sample kits, trade show materials, banner graphics and promotional giveaways
  • Gather and maintain library of printable materials and digital collateral
  • Coordinate customer-facing email marketing campaigns
  • Work with cross functional team to ensure new content is regularly added to the company website
  • Coordinate the translation of marketing materials use outside the USA
  • Work with print vendors to establish quotes, production schedules and delivery of materials
  • Update multi-facility digital signage with relevant and engaging content
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content development workflow efficiency

Content Marketing & Communications
  • Draft, edit and coordinate all press releases and datasheets associated with new product releases
  • Develop educational blog content focused on target markets and applications
  • Assist in developing content for social media, presentations and other digital marketing initiatives
  • Support internal communications initiative as needed

Distribution Marketing Support
  • Support manager of marketing communications with coordination of distributor marketing campaigns; obtain deliverables from product managers, submit to distributors, etc.

Digital Marketing
  • Assist with keyword research and implementation of SEO recommendations to improve organic search visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital assets including graphics, videos, landing pages and other online content in alignment with brand strategy
  • Research and evaluation emerging AI-powered marketing tools

General Marketing Support
  • Coordinate with external vendors to manage project schedules and creative deliverables
  • Monitor and report project expenses and process invoices with accounts payable
  • Support implementation and ongoing use of marketing automation tools to improve campaign effectiveness and lead generation
  • Assist with data collection and reporting for digital marketing campaigns, website performance and email marketing initiative
  • Execute ad hoc marketing projects on request

Miscellaneous
  • Ability to travel when necessary (up to 10% possible)

Education / Experience Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • Two (2) + years of experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge and strong interest in AI tools and marketing automation software (Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Claude)
  • SEO knowledge, website management skills and Adobe CS design experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to meet deadlines and accomplish projects with guidance
  • Interested in learning about Amphenol RF product solutions and the markets we support
  • Strong ability to work well with others cross-functionally to get projects done, problem solve and pivot quickly when needed
