Scope:

Ensures compliance with all of the Quality terms of our customer's purchase orders. Supports our Sales Reps, Front End Engineering and Quality by reviewing the details of purchase orders and accompanying specifications to make sure we are able to meet customer deliverables requirements and that we have accurate customer information.

Helps to resolve differences when terms of the sale do not agree with the quote provided. The purpose is to ensure that we are meeting the customer's requirements, minimizing risk to the company and ensuring payment within terms.

Maintains a positive relationship between TTM Technologies functional groups and its external customers. The Contract Review Specialist will build strategic customer relationships by means of proactive interaction to meet business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review customer purchase orders, fab drawings and specifications.

Identify quality clauses/deliverable requirements for each purchase order received.

Confirm build specifications and quality documents are current and available in the spec hub.

Confirm deliverables were taken into consideration at time of quote.

Identify DPAS and Military ratings/specifications

Complete error free order entry of deliverables requirements into pre-established software and ERP systems.

Efficiently resolve issues with Customer Service and Front End Engineering to ensure product releases are accurate and timely.

Communicate with manufacturing departments to resolve quality issues associated with customers' deliverable requirements.

Set forth to meet and achieve daily goals

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

PC literate - Microsoft Office Software, Oracle ERP knowledge helpful.

Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Ability to make decisions independently within guidelines provided.

Self-motivated with efficient time management skills

Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Must perform accurate work under the pressures of tight schedules.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
