Job description

Job Summary:
ICONMA is a Business Manufacturing and Supply company seeking a Data Analyst/Engineer for their Fairport, NY location. The role involves executing implementation tasks, analyzing data, and managing data migration processes.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Execute assigned implementation tasks and track progress against project timelines.
โ€ข Work with software engineering to troubleshoot custom software.
โ€ข Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
โ€ข Review and analyze historical thin film coating data.
โ€ข Develop statistical limits (training can be provided).
โ€ข Review and update measurement methods to ensure future data meets defined requirements.
โ€ข Migrate coating recipe files from legacy Excel formats into a standardized template.
โ€ข Upload migrated data into a SQL database.
โ€ข Validate data migration using Excel-based tools and macros.
โ€ข Generate test data and validate results.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Associate's Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
โ€ข 1-3 years experience in data management/analysis
โ€ข Strong data management and analysis experience
โ€ข High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, templates, macros, VBA)
โ€ข Ability to work with structured data and follow defined processes
โ€ข Basic SQL query experience or willingness to learn
