Manufacturing Associate Job Duties: 
  • Remove excess material, heat-treatment residue, and debris from metal engine parts using power tools and industrial finishing equipment
  • Rack, load, and unload parts for cleaning and processing through automated production systems
  • Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, and prepare metal components for the next stage of production
  • Inspect parts for surface defects and perform basic touch-ups or rework to meet quality standards
  • Follow detailed work instructions while maintaining safety, quality, and production expectations 

Pay: $25.69 per hour 
 
Schedule:  
  • Training is Day or Swing Shift: Monday-Friday  
  • After training, must be open to work on day, swing, or graveyard - per business need 
 
Manufacturing Associate Job Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 3 months manufacturing experience  
  • Comfortable performing physically demanding work and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs 
  • Comfortable wearing PPE: respirator, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection
