Qualifications
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A degree or certificate from an accredited motorcycle mechanics trade school or at least 5 years of experience in a dealership Service Department (Harley-Davidson).
- A current motorcycle license/endorsement.
- Strong mechanical background and technical knowledge
- Sales or customer service experience.
- A self-starter mentality delivering outstanding, personalized retail experiences.
- Open-mindedness, eagerness to learn, and a desire to be part of the riding community.
- Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
