About Us:
Detail Dawgs is a premium automotive appearance company specializing in ceramic coatings, paint correction, detailing, and paint protection services.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day business while the owner focuses on growing the company.
This is not a typical detailing position. You'll be responsible for leading the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring the business runs efficiently every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage technicians.
  • Schedule jobs and optimize routes.
  • Ensure every vehicle meets company quality standards.
  • Handle customer communication and resolve issues.
  • Hire, train, and develop team members.
  • Maintain inventory and equipment.
  • Monitor daily revenue and job profitability.
  • Improve efficiency and operating procedures.
  • Hold the team accountable to performance standards.
  • Report weekly KPIs to the owner.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Jobs completed on time.
  • Five-star customer experiences.
  • High employee accountability.
  • Consistent monthly revenue growth.
  • Minimal owner involvement in daily operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous management or leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in automotive detailing, service businesses, or automotive management preferred.

Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary.
  • Monthly performance bonuses based on company goals.
  • Paid time off.
  • Opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

Ideal Candidate:
You are someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and taking ownership. You don't wait to be told what to do—you proactively identify issues and fix them. You take pride in building systems, holding people accountable, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where your performance directly impacts your earnings and career growth, we'd like to hear from you.
