About the Role:
West Gray Properties LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team in Bellaire, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the full revenue cycle process and make a meaningful impact on the financial health of our organization. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue cycle metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize revenue capture and reduce denials
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting
  • Lead, train, and mentor revenue cycle staff to ensure best practices and compliance
  • Conduct audits and analyses to identify billing discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
  • Manage relationships with vendors, payers, and third-party partners related to revenue operations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related financial operations role
  • Strong knowledge of billing, collections, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition principles
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience leading and managing a team in a professional environment
  • Proficiency with revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
