Job description

Our STACK is built from the ground up in three layers: Network Services, Overlay Services, and Managed Services. We have experienced impressive growth and are seeking a high-energy, hardworking Revenue Assurance Analyst to support our business.  This is a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment where you will be multi-tasking every day.  

Responsibilities:

  • Auditing Carrier Invoices to ensure invoices are accurate and received in a timely manner
  • Resolve, Reconcile, Dispute and Bill charges when applicable on Carrier invoices
  • Set up and maintain 3rd party portals
  • Ensure all carriers are in BDA and are coded to the appropriate GL account
  • Work with internal Ops Team to complete orders for appropriate billing
  • Assist with data collection for various reports as needed
  • Other Miscellaneous and Project work as required

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Excel
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • Financial or Telecom background preferred 
  • Ability to think outside the box and be a Problem Solver
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work Independently
  • Task Oriented with Strong Time Management Skills
  • Highly Organized, Thorough, and Detail Oriented
  • Experience working with 3rd party portals is a plus
  • BA/BS Degree a plus


Salary & Benefits:

The expected salary range for this role is $45,000 – $55,000 per year. This range represents our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final salary offers are determined by a candidate's specific experience, skills, and qualifications. We also offer a generous benefit package that includes Health, Life, Dental, and 401K with company match.
