How You'll Shine:

  • Connect with new and existing Owners through scheduled outbound and incoming calls to book Return to Learn stays.
  • Complete approximately 3050 calls per shift while maintaining a strong call-to-booking conversion rate.
  • Build rapport with Owners through professional, supportive, and encouraging conversations that highlight the value of Return to Learn.
  • Assist Owners with questions and effectively manage situations that arise throughout the booking process.
  • Accurately document Owner interactions, bookings, and follow-up activities.
  • Learn and utilize Journey, Okta, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and other required company systems.
  • Maintain consistent communication with team members and management and participate in scheduled meetings and training.

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent phone, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and confidently convert Owner conversations into bookings.
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and situational management skills.
  • Ability to learn and effectively navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Flexibility to adjust scheduling based on business needs.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
