Job description

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building production-ready AI applications, intelligent agents, and automation platforms that improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value.
You'll partner with business leaders, software engineers, and technical stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, architect scalable AI solutions, and own projects from concept through production. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced software engineer looking to work at the forefront of enterprise AI.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI applications and intelligent agent solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop scalable AI architectures incorporating LLMs, retrieval systems, memory management, and workflow orchestration.
  • Build production-grade backend services, APIs, and user-facing applications using modern development frameworks.
  • Deploy AI solutions in cloud environments while managing model evaluation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
  • Establish testing frameworks, evaluation metrics, and monitoring processes to improve AI quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure secure and responsible AI implementations.
  • Document technical solutions, architectures, and operational best practices.
  • Continuously improve existing AI systems through performance analysis and iterative enhancements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production applications.
  • Strong experience with:

  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise software applications.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, testing methodologies, and SDLC best practices.
  • Experience deploying applications within cloud environments (Azure preferred, other cloud platforms considered).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to independently lead projects from requirements through deployment.
