Job description

The Fleet Tire Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of new and retreaded commercial truck tires, along with related products and services, across assigned Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center locations.

Work Location: 100% remote; must be based in New York with local travel required at least 3 to 4 days per week (40 to 60% of the time).

What You'll Do

  • Promote Goodyear products and programs, highlighting the Total Goodyear Program's competitive value.

  • Execute marketing initiatives and promotional pricing strategies.

  • Manage customer engagement through sales calls, activity tracking, and weekly reporting.

  • Conduct monthly fleet surveys for Target Accounts to identify needs and opportunities.

  • Lead and participate in Retread Plant Tours to educate customers.

  • Drive retread sales growth, including mounted wheel programs.

  • Provide timely, accurate product guidance and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Build strong customer and internal relationships to support satisfaction and results.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED. Must be at least 21 years old.

  • Direct selling experience in a business to business (B2B) environment.

  • Experience managing a sales team in business to business (B2B) environment.

  • Have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.

  • An understanding of commercial tire product applications and experience in the field of auto, light truck, commercial and off-the-road tire products is desired.
