As part of our continuous growth and expansion, we are seeking qualified candidates to join our team.

Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Prestressed Concrete, Newton, KS

 

Description:

As a Project Manager at Prestressed Concrete, you will oversee and manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring that they meet all specifications, budgets, and timelines. This position involves assigning responsibilities, communicating with key stakeholders, developing project plans, and monitoring costs and project deliverables.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assign and coordinate responsibilities among project personnel to support effective workflow and communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with overall objectives.
  • Work with project teams to address challenges and support successful project execution.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resources, and overall scope.
  • Assess project needs and coordinate appropriate resources to meet project goals.
  • Engage and coordinate with external partners or vendors as needed.
  • Monitor project performance, including costs and timelines, and adjust as necessary.
  • Track progress to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management and cost estimation within the construction or precast concrete industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage project teams, and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience in selecting and managing vendors or consultants.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
