KerberRose Wealth Management is seeking a detail-oriented Retirement Plan Service Consultant to support our retirement plan team. This role focuses on onboarding new retirement plans, coordinating ongoing services, and supporting advisors and clients through a high-touch service model. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and experienced in retirement plan operations.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Lead and coordinate onboarding of new retirement plans
โ€ข Serve as liaison between plan sponsors, recordkeepers, TPAs, and advisors
โ€ข Coordinate ongoing service schedules with the 401(k) advisor
โ€ข Prepare for and follow up on client meetings
โ€ข Manage service workflows and track deliverables
โ€ข Support advisors with plan administration and client communication
โ€ข Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate resolutions
โ€ข Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
โ€ข Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery
โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service
Requirements
โ€ข 5-10 years of experience in retirement plan services or administration
โ€ข Strong understanding of 401(k), 403(b), and retirement plans
โ€ข Experience working with recordkeepers, TPAs, and plan sponsors
โ€ข Strong organizational and project management skills
โ€ข Excellent communication skills
โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
โ€ข Professional designations (AIFยฎ, CRPSยฎ, QKA) preferred
