Job description

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Starting pay $21-25/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

·Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

· Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

· Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.

· Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.

· Participate in training and support team development.

· Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

12-hour shift: 5PM – 5AM

Monday - Thursday OR Friday - Sunday

Overtime opportunities available

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
  • Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform in a hot environment
  • Effective communication with team members
