Job description

Pay Range: $21.01 - $29.41
Deliver client service for daily record-keeping, administration and servicing of assigned book of business to promote revenue growth, productivity and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree and two (2) years' customer service related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ASPAA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) preferred
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures.
  • Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with both internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to develop software skills provided by internal training within a reasonable time as determined by the Manager.
Tasks Performed:
  • 45% Proactively ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations. Discuss the compliance testing process/results and all required government filings. Ensure that all services are delivered within EPIC RPS' documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors and day to day contacts.
  • 30% Daily report monitoring and management, document pertinent client communication and provide internal and external project management support.
  • 20% Effectively communicate with all operational teams to ensure that record-keeping items are maintained for all assigned plans.
  • 5% Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Stationary 75% of time or greater
  • Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
