Our remote work setting offers the flexibility that many professionals seek while allowing you to engage with clients effectively. While you will primarily work from home, you will also have access to a fully furnished office space as needed. • Utilize our billing service to manage client accounts, insurance claims, benefit verifications, and payment plans efficiently.
• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for clients of diverse ages, addressing various mental health concerns and relationship dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients and manage your calendar to optimize therapy sessions.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to working with clients presenting a range of clinical challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

Our client population encompasses individuals and couples from different backgrounds and age groups, seeking support for a variety of mental health issues. We emphasize creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. Your role as a social worker is crucial in fostering therapeutic relationships that ultimately contribute to positive client outcomes and community well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW licensure allowing independent practice.
• Commitment to maintaining professionalism, establishing strong therapeutic boundaries, and demonstrating cultural competence.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage time effectively.

• Experience providing therapy to couples is highly valued; candidates with significant training in this area are particularly encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in a community health setting or knowledge of interdisciplinary teamwork is a plus.
• Additional certifications or specialties that enhance therapeutic skills will be considered favorably.

This position offers a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. As a W2 employee, you will also benefit from a variety of advantages, including:
