What are some common challenges retired seniors may face when seeking part-time or volunteer roles after retirement?

Retired seniors often encounter challenges such as adapting to new technologies, adjusting to different team dynamics, and finding roles that match their expertise while accommodating their desired work-life balance. Many organizations value the experience seniors bring, but job seekers may need to update their skills or learn new tools relevant to today's workplaces. Networking and highlighting transferable skills can help retired seniors successfully transition into meaningful part-time or volunteer positions.
