Per diem positions provide retired nurses with the opportunity to stay active in the field, earn extra income, and maintain their skills while enjoying a more flexible schedule.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a retired RN per diem?

A Retired RN Per Diem needs an active or recently expired RN license, strong clinical skills, and extensive nursing experience.
