If you enjoy the great outdoors and all the lake has to offer come join our team. Our California Lakes are noted for excellent fishing and boating. We have dockhands and retail associates positions available at Lake Hodges. The dockhand position includes but is not limited to helping customers with boat rentals/safety (summer is high volume), heavy lifting with boats/motors, good customer service skills, boating knowledge and must be able to swim. The retail associate position includes but is not limited to helping customers with purchases/ boat rentals, counting back change, basic math, and good customer service skills. $17.75 per hour depending on experience. Seasonal position starting mid-January 2026.
Applicants should be energetic, friendly, hardworking and customer service-oriented individuals. Fishing and boating knowledge a plus.
