You'll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a retail sales & technical service associate, which we call an agent advisor at Best Buy. In this role, you will greet customers and provide technical support or assistance in finding the products and services they need.

What you'll do as a retail associate:

  • Help customers find the perfect product or service and respond to their questions

  • Assist customers with signing in their devices for setup, diagnostics, and repairs

  • Create an amazing customer experience

  • Share your passion for tech and your product knowledge to inspire customers to see what is possible with the latest technology

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ months' retail experience in a technical customer service or retail sales associate role

  • Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
