What is a retail store support?

Retail Store Support roles refer to positions that assist with the daily operations of a retail store. These roles typically involve tasks such as stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting customers, handling inventory, and supporting sales staff. People in these positions help ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently, often working behind the scenes as well as interacting with customers. Retail Store Support staff play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience and keeping the store organized.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a retail store support?

To thrive as a Retail Store Support, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic math abilities, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent.
