Full-Time Position
Responsible for establishing consistent and compliant operations by maintaining company policies and procedures. Support team members with a hands-on management style, ensuring team members are well trained.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 2-3 years of related retail experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to resolve conflict by addressing root cause issues.
  • Experience with food handling.
  • Experience in a fuel or industrial environment helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with current convenience store distributors, communicate daily/weekly regarding merchandise orders and deliveries.
  • Help with hiring, training, and supervision of team members to execute daily tasks.
  • Create team member schedules, ensure all shifts are covered and adjust schedules to accommodate employees when possible.
  • Ability to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints or supply shortages.
  • Organize and upkeep status of inventory supply and controls.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked by rotating and replenishing merchandise.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Assure that all food items served comply with state and local health codes.
  • Conduct daily/monthly accounting reports.
