Position: Associate

Reports to: Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager

Employment Status: Full Time or Part Time

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary: Associates are an important asset to every team. Associates are responsible for aiding to a pleasant work and customer experience by sharing product knowledge, presenting a clean and organized store, and following the G-Spot Brand policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ring POS transactions
  • Maintain organized and clean floor
  • Perform routine inventory
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Promote store products and sales
  • Adhere to federal and state laws with regards to selling Alcohol, Tobacco, and Lottery products
  • Unpack and display merchandise
  • Assist in kitchen

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand 7+ hours
  • Basic math skills sufficient to complete orders, manager cash registers, and calculate inventory
  • Complete training/certification required by the State
