Job description

Summary
Analyst, Space and Assortment
Take the wheel on space planning strategy that shapes what shoppers see on the shelf.
About the Role
If you've got a few years of planogram and floorplan experience under your belt and you're ready to own projects end-to-end, this is where you take the next step. As our Analyst, Space and Assortment, you'll drive space planning strategy for major retail partners - managing your own timelines, partnering directly with clients, and turning data into decisions that shape category performance nationwide.
You'll have the independence to run your projects your way, backed by a team that trusts your judgment. You'll dig into data, market trends, and fixture placement to solve real merchandising problems, and you'll become a go-to resource for associates and senior leaders alike. If you're looking for a role where your analysis has visible impact, this is it.
What You'll Do
- Partner directly with retailers to shape space and floor planning strategies, bringing data-driven insight to fixture placement and category performance
- Own multiple project timelines at once, keeping every process on track and thoroughly executed
- Dig into data analysis, market trends, and outside resources to optimize space utilization and inform strategic merchandising calls
- Support and mentor associates on core merchandising principles, and keep growth-oriented plans aligned with customer goals
What You'll Gain
- Real ownership: independent project management with visibility to senior leaders
- A chance to sharpen your analytical and strategic skills on high-impact retail accounts
- Exposure to mentoring and training, building your leadership experience for what's next
- A role at the center of decisions that shape how top consumer brands reach shoppers
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience
- 2-4 years of experience with planograms or floorplans
- Experience with analysis in a professional setting; merchandising experience is a plus
- Self-directed, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to prioritize competing requests
- Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Intellectually curious, a quick learner, and energized by solving problems
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good to Know
- No supervisory responsibilities - this role is about your own impact, not managing a team
- Minimal to no travel or driving required
- Primarily an office-based, sedentary role (sitting 66%+ of the day, computer data entry, occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.)
- This position is open until filled, so don't wait to apply
