Job description

  • Position Summary
    • Under minimal supervision of the Catering Coordinator, the Retail Service Associate operates the satellite retail area daily and demonstrates a sense of ownership that will promote sales, growth and quality service to our customers.
  • Education
    • High School Diploma - Preferred
    • Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple math such as percentages and ratios
  • Experience
    • 1-2 Years Food service and Cashier - Required
  • License & Certification
    • Serve safe or equivalent - Preferred
  • Core Job Functions
    • Runs cash register as needed. A cash count record and till report are prepared at the end of the shift. Deposits are made in the drop safe and cash bank is properly secured at the end of the shift.
    • Safe food handling procedures are used in the preparation, service, and storage of food.
    • Properly stores equipment and supplies and requests replacement supplies to maintain adequate stock. Maintains and cleans equipment according to manufacturer's guidelines. Reports equipment in need of repair to engineering and/or manager.
    • Properly prepares and merchandises food and beverages. Listens and responds to customer requests to provide outstanding service. Communicates issues and shares ideas for improvement with management.
